In the wake of his deployment to Afghanistan, Naval Officer James McLeod and his wife, Beth, founded Providence Veterans Farm just outside of Lynchburg. Serving veterans, first responders, and their families, they began by launching their Reboot Recovery course in 2015 to address the physical, emotional and spiritual implications of trauma.

Since then, they’ve worked with over 200 members of the community, expanding their services to include on-site longer-term stays and online/virtual classes. In addition to trauma, they also focus on marriage and family strengthening, finances, and health.

We spoke with founder James McLeod for this Hear Together profile. Listen at the audio link below and learn more on their website.
