Decade of Difference features Carly Simon. November 28 marks the 45 anniversary of the release of No Secrets. Carly Simon’s third solo album spent 5 weeks on BillBoard’s Hot 100 chart and quickly went gold. This album was nominated for 4 Grammy’s including “You’re So Vain” for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Female Vocal Performance. This song finally got its Grammy in 2004 when it was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame.

In 1988, Carly Simon’s song “Let the River Run” was included in the soundtrack to Working Girl.  With this song, Simon became the first artist to win a Grammy, Academy Award and Golden Globe for a song composed and written by a single artist.
