The LOOKbetween weekend will bring 75 emerging photographers from around the world to Deep Rock Farm in White Hall. From Tanzania to Brazil, from New York to California, this is a chance to see the work of visionary young photographers projected in a stunning outdoor setting. Friday evening, June 13th and Saturday evening, June 14th at 8:30 pm.

On June 18th, National Geographic photographer Joel Sartore will share stories from his career and life’s work documenting endangered species. His stunning photos form the Photo Ark are on the Downtown Mall now. See Joel’s talk at the Paramount Theater at 7:30 pm., June 18th.

If you look up while strolling on the Downtown Mall you’ll be greeted by stunning largescale photos of endangered birds and animals. The photos are from National Geographic photographer Joel Sarotre’s body of work called the Photo Ark. Joel’s aim is to document all the endangered species on the planet — while there’s still time.
